Real Estate Image Editor Help

• Drag and drop your property photo, or use Upload Image.
• Click Add Callout to place a marker (it starts larger now with better text margins and larger default font). Select it to edit text/style, drag to reposition, drag its triangle pointer (constrained below the box), or drag its bottom-right corner to resize (text scales automatically). Handles and nodes are scaled for visibility.
• Click Draw Outline and click each property corner. The first node will be larger and a different color. Close the shape by clicking the starting point (it will snap for a clean closure) or by double-clicking. Once closed, select the outline and drag its nodes to adjust.
• Click Add Marker to place waypoint markers at points of interest. Choose from different marker styles using the dropdown. Drag to position them.
• Use the Style Panel on the right (appears when an item is selected) to customize colors, text, line thickness, opacity, etc.
• Color Pop: Toggles a mode where the area inside the property outline is in color, and the outside is grayscale/darkened. If lines are hidden, the edge will be sharp.
• Hide Lines (Outline Style): Hides the property lines themselves, keeping only the color pop fill effect (with a sharp edge).
• Download your annotated image using the resolution buttons. The disclaimer on download is now larger and more visible.
